Cienterra Goodlow
I created CÉNAÉ from a place of passion, resilience, and purpose. My love for beauty goes far beyond makeup—it became a meaningful part of my own journey of rediscovering my confidence and sense of self.
As a domestic violence survivor, I experienced a time in my life when feeling beautiful, confident, and secure in who I was became difficult. During that chapter, makeup became more than a beauty routine for me. It was an outlet. Taking the time to do my makeup gave me moments where I could look in the mirror and recognize myself again. It allowed me to feel beautiful and empowered, even while navigating circumstances that often made me feel otherwise.
That experience became part of the inspiration behind CÉNAÉ.
With my experience in the beauty industry and a genuine passion for helping others feel confident, I wanted to create a brand that represented more than beautiful products. I wanted CÉNAÉ to represent confidence, inclusivity, resilience, and the freedom to express yourself unapologetically.
What drives me today is knowing that something I once used to help restore my own confidence can now become a way to help someone else discover theirs. I believe makeup should never be about becoming someone different—it should enhance and celebrate the beauty that is already yours.
CÉNAÉ is more than a business to me. It represents growth, new beginnings, and turning one of the most difficult chapters of my life into something beautiful and purposeful.

Use our online shade guide to compare shades and undertones. For the best match, determine whether your undertone is warm, cool, neutral, or a combination before selecting your shade.
Our foundation is designed with buildable coverage, allowing you to customize your look. Apply a lighter layer for a more natural finish or gradually build additional coverage where desired.
For blemishes or discoloration, choose a shade close to your foundation shade. For a brighter under-eye look, select a complementary shade slightly lighter than your complexion.

Setting powder helps set liquid and cream complexion products, minimize unwanted shine, and create a smoother, more polished appearance. Our powders are designed to complement different complexions without unnecessarily weighing down your makeup.
Setting powder helps set complexion products and control shine, while setting spray is applied after completing your makeup to help bring the overall look together and support longer-lasting wear. They can be used separately or together.
Setting spray should generally be applied as the final step of your makeup routine. Hold the bottle a comfortable distance from your face, mist evenly, and allow it to dry naturally.
We recommend keeping beauty and skincare products tightly closed and stored in a cool, dry area away from excessive heat and direct sunlight. Always follow any product-specific storage instructions provided on the packaging.
Please refer to the Period After Opening (PAO) symbol or expiration information on the individual product packaging. Product lifespan can vary depending on the formulation.
Orders & Shipping
Please contact us as quickly as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.
Current processing estimates will be provided during checkout or in your order confirmation. Processing times may be extended during new launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume promotional periods.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
First, check around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. If the package still cannot be located, contact the shipping carrier using your tracking information and then reach out to our Customer Care team if additional assistance is needed.
Returns
For hygiene and safety reasons, CÉNAÉ does not accept returns or issue refunds on products that have been opened, used, or have a broken or removed protective seal. Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original sealed condition to be considered for an eligible return. Additional terms may apply; please review our complete Return Policy before purchasing.
